Engineering careers can see you travel the world.

Engineering is a global industry and the wide range of roles available to women engineers is truly outstanding and exciting. Plus, engineering is a well-remunerated profession. The work is new and challenging with tangible results, and it provides a great balance for both creative and technical passions.

Women engineers are a valuable asset for many organizations, yet are still hugely under-represented.

International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), created by Women’s Engineering Society (WES) provides an important opportunity to elevate the profile of women engineers around the world and encourage more women and girls to become engineers.
