We develop and manage digital and offline campaigns, as well as amplifying companies own efforts in these areas. Operating for 15+ years internationally, we've an impressive track record with clients, strong robust processes and an innovative cost-effective offering.
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for further entrepreneurial, results-orientated professionals to manage existing accounts plus forge new business under the 'Where Women Work' brand as members of our international team - all with our centralised back-office support offering strong processes, established brand, shared resources and experience.

Skills and experience you'll have:
Account management and maintaining client relationships will be familiar to you - as will be searching and closing new business. You may possibly have an understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and ability to extrapolate candidates skills and experience relevant to our client vacancies. Your ability to generate new corporate sales and tenacity to close business will be proven and impressive. You’re probably adept with social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube) and you've probably authored engaging blogs and branded content. You’ll be familiar with corporate environments, and you might have worked in one or more corporations or companies with impressive process structures - ideally in an HR or marketing role. Your relationship building and communication skills will be second to none, as will be your proven ability to self-structure and self-manage your work to meet deliverables and timeframes. Your passion for everything digital will be obvious and proven. You’re a person who adores lists - always focusing on delivery and outputs. You’ll have a keen eye for marketing and a great understanding of working with corporate brands.

Remuneration:
This is an ongoing business contract opportunity with set review periods, and payment is comprised of a base from Day One in addition to uncapped commission from new business generated.
Support:
You get to do what you do best - interact with existing and potential clients - and we take care of everything else, performing all the business management and back-office functions. We're also here to provide you with support and business mentoring, working with you to develop growth strategies, or to provide someone for you to bounce ideas off. We also help you scale up your operation, if desired, as you take on further people to assist your client delivery and business development. You'll be connected into our international team sharing ideas, best practice, resources and support. The model has proven to be a great success to date.
