Meet Darleen Caron, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Managing Board Member at Siemens Healthineers. 

Darleen believes that power lies within every one of us, though it often goes unseen. "I believe it is possible to unleash the full potential of every single employee at Siemens Healthineers," she explains.

Extensive industry experience 

Darleen has more than 30 years of experience in publicly listed companies in the industry and service sectors, including LyondellBasell, SNC-Lavalin, Dow and Alcan.

Formerly, Darleen was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Office for LyondellBasell, a multinational chemical company with a presence in more than 100 countries. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources leader for SNC-Lavalin, an engineering solutions company with presence in over 90 countries. In the course of her career, she has lived and worked in North America and Europe and holds dual Canadian/American citizenships.
