Extensive industry experience
Darleen has more than 30 years of experience in publicly listed companies in the industry and service sectors, including LyondellBasell, SNC-Lavalin, Dow and Alcan.
Formerly, Darleen was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Office for LyondellBasell, a multinational chemical company with a presence in more than 100 countries. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources leader for SNC-Lavalin, an engineering solutions company with presence in over 90 countries. In the course of her career, she has lived and worked in North America and Europe and holds dual Canadian/American citizenships.
