Entain is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to be themselves.
As part of this commitment, Entain launched during Pride Month BeYou@Entain, its rebranded LGBTQ+ employee resource group that is dedicated to celebrating and promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion.
"Over the years, we’ve nurtured our global Pride@Entain network — a safe space where our LGBTQ+ community and allies come together to connect, collaborate, celebrate and inspire one another. Our business has changed over the years and our network has been hard at work creating a fresh identity that truly reflects the diversity within our LGBTQ+ community, focusing internally on our people first," said Entain, announcing BeYou@Entain.
Representing authenticity, unity and celebration
BeYou@Entain's visual identity stems from the idea of individuality in a collective space and its palette explores the fluidity of colour, which speaks to representation without definition.
BeYou@Entain represents authenticity, unity and celebration – but its vision remains the same: to create an environment where Entain's people can be their authentic selves and feel accepted, heard and valued for who they are.
