What do you find rewarding at work? 

Siemens Healthineers Head of Customer Services for Asia Pacific, Liesa Breucker says it's the rewarding nature of the numerous opportunities she has to impact others through her work in finance, as she participates in a video highlighting her work.

Possibilities to positively impact others 

Liesa explains that when working in finance, the team is always in the midst of things. "We have so many interfaces, we have so many connections, we have so many possibilities to positively influence so many topics," says Liesa.

"I think one of the things that has really stuck out for me is that Siemens Healthineers has provided really challenging job opportunities, and also has provided a lot of programs, such as coaching, mentoring, or also the Executive MBA program, where one can really take the opportunity to develop that financial side, that profession, and the personal development further."
