"I chose this apprenticeship to progress in my career while continuing to work full-time. The mix of academic learning and hands-on experience has given me a deeper understanding of management and the confidence to lead projects. I've learned to balance theory with real-world application which has been invaluable in my role," says Entain Internal Audit Manager, Emma.
"I enrolled in this apprenticeship to deepen my expertise in learning and development. It's helped me strengthen my ability to support teams, refine my leadership training and coaching skills, and gain a broader understanding of talent development. "With over 15 years in HR, I wanted a new challenge and project management felt like the right fit. This apprenticeship gave me the chance to learn the theory behind project management while applying it in real-time to business-critical projects. The confidence and skills I developed helped me secure a new role, something I wouldn't have thought possible before," comments Entain Organisational Change Partner, Jordan.
"I joined the Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship to sharpen my skills and perform better in my role. Encouraged by my manager and area manager, I embraced the challenge, and I'm grateful to Entain for providing such opportunities for growth," says Entain Customer Service Manager, Suraj.
"I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and become a more strategic leader. This apprenticeship expanded my skills in innovation, leadership and business strategy. Learning from top professionals and working alongside a diverse cohort gave me a fresh perspective. It's never too late to learn," explains Entain Senior Games Producer, Andrew.

NAW 2025 is an annual week-long celebration that brings together businesses and apprentices the UK to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
