Entain's Jinky Vinoya helps create positive customer outcomes

Here we meet Entain Service Optimisation Shift Leader and Network Rep, Jinky Vinoya, who is based Manila, Philippines.

Jinky discusses her role with Entain, her proudest moment of working with the company, and shares her career advice to anyone looking to embark on a career at Entain.

Strong sense of camaraderie in the Manila team

Jinky explains that her Entain office is based in Manila, with over 30 teams, and an estimated population of 1,800.

"Despite the large numbers, Manila has a strong sense of camaraderie," says Jinky.

She shares that anyone who visits Manila can experience the hospitable trait of the Philippines. "Even at work, you will feel very welcome," she says.

Satisfying customers and creating a positive outcome

For Jinky, she explains that her work very much focuses on team service and satisfying customers.

"Our team aims to turn customer experiences into a positive outcome," she suggests.

Awarded for excellence in diversity and inclusion

Jinky recalls that one of her stand out moments and something that she is proud of working with Entain was being identified as an awardee at the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Awards.

"I've been with the team for almost six years now and this is the best year so far," says Jinky.

Jinky's impactful career advice

Jinky shares her advice for someone starting a career with Entain.

"Just be true to yourself and always give your best effort," she encourages.
