Entain is creating a qualification for its women middle managers to further support their learning, development, and growth through the relaunch of its Women in Leadership Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with Entain's Talent Team in the UK.
Entain's CEO, Stella David, has often cited that building a strong learning culture is essential for developing Entain's future leaders.
Support specifically designed for women
The apprenticeship programme, aimed at mid-level women managers, has been created by women, led by women, and is designed specifically for women at Entain.
This programme aims to equip women to:
- Unlock powerful leadership skills
- Tackle real-world challenges with confidence
- Lead with vision and purpose
- Build a strong network of like-minded colleagues across Entain
Successfully completing the programme sees the valuable professional milestone of a CMI Accreditation.
This opportunity is open to Entain's office-based women managers and Area Managers/Retail Operations Managers in England.
Further women at Entain who are based outside of England are served via alternative Women in Leadership programmes that offer great support anad development.
Growing confidence and strengthening leadership capability
Ahead of its official launch with an in person Welcome Day at Entain's Stratford Office in London, Entain ran a number of information sessions about the programme and explained how it supported women to overcome barriers and shape their leadership future.
Delivered in partnership with Entain's Apprenticeship Team, the programme is helping to empower women across the company by growing their confidence, strengthening their leadership capability, and helping the women take meaningful steps forward in their careers.
"This year’s cohort will experience a blend of structured learning, real‑world application, reflective practice, and supportive coaching. This also includes a series of Lunch & Learn sessions delivered by our own female leaders here at Entain. These sessions offer real‑life experiences, honest reflections, and practical insights to inspire and guide learners along the way," said Entain. "On launch day, there was a buzz in the room from the very start - the women of the 2026 cohort are eager, curious and ready to begin their leadership journey. We’re excited to see where this journey takes them. We can’t wait to watch the women grow, support each other, and step into their power as future leaders."
Entain colleagues regularly check in with the learners to document their incredible journey and celebrate their achievements along the way.
"Here’s to an amazing group of women and everything they’re about to achieve," congratulated Entain.
