Entain marks IWD with action, connection and giving

International Women’s Day (IWD) provides an important opportunity for companies worldwide to shine a light on the impressive achievements of women.

IWD 2026 sees Entain extends its celebrations beyond the day itself with a month-long program of initiatives focusing on gender equality both in the workplace and the wider community.

"International Women’s Month at Entain is about action. It’s about connection. And it’s about creating opportunities to give - knowing we win together when we do," said Entain.

"Because progress doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we support, amplify and invest in one another," commented Entain.

Focusing on three pillars of inclusion

IWD sees Entain choose three specific pillars to guide its focus and activity:

  • Corporate Social Responsibility: 
    Championing local women’s charities across the globe and supporting women facing hardship in Entain communities.

  • Intersectionality: 
    Partnering with BeYou, Entain's LGBTQ+ network, to explore how cisgender straight women and LGBTQ+ women can show up for each other.

  • Leadership: 
    Hearing from Entain’s senior female leaders as they share their experiences, practical advice and the lessons that shaped their journeys.

Entain is levelling the playing field
