After being shortlisted alongside 12 exceptional managers across the year, Kelly Palmer was named Entain's 2025 UK & Ireland Retail Hiring Manager of the Year.

Praising her Entain team

Kelly said winning was indeed a massive shock for her.

“I started with Coral as an acquisition in 2007, became an Area Manager for four and a half years, and then left for a short period of time. I came back in 2012 and I’ve been here since.”

When asked about her favourite sporting event of the year, Kelly said: “It has got to be horse racing at Newmarket...we just love going there for the Guineas and the Craven meeting. It’s amazing.”

Kelly also highlighted the excellence of her Entain team, praising their hard work and supportiveness. “I’ve got a great team in both my shops. They’re always willing to help with new starters."
