With its people-focused approach, Entain nurtures a diverse and sustainable culture that is inclusive of every colleague. As part of this commitment to inclusion, Entain celebrated International Women's Day and championed the brilliance and achievements of its women colleagues.
"Happy International Women’s Day from Entain. Here’s to celebrating the contributions of women and allies at Entain and all around the world that drive change and inspire the next generation. We've made progress in this space, but there’s lots more to do. 2024 is no different, and we’ll always strive towards leveling the playing field," said Entain.
"Here’s to celebrating the contributions of women at Entain and all around the world that drive change and inspire the next generation. Our incredible women and allies network, Women@Entain, hosted a conversation with Stella David, our interim CEO, where she shared insights, inspiration, and her vision for equality in the workplace. Progressing towards a better future for women isn’t just for today. Looking forward, we’ll be giving back to our local communities, partnering with female-owned organisations, and hosting workshops focused on professional growth as we aim to inspire inclusion across our business, industry and in the communities that we operate," explained the company.
Supporting IWD, Entain's people across Europe explored inclusive language via webinars, supported Women’s Crisis Centres and safe homes through donation drives, built relationships through paint and wine workshops, and played IWD bingo and quizzes.
In Manila, the company raised awareness with workshops such as “50 Ways to Fight Bias” and an “Inspire Inclusion” photo contest.
In Uruguay, the entire Entain team came together to share their personal experiences of gender at work in a thought-provoking discussion.
Entain Baltics, one of the most diverse employers in the region, proudly joined the local Diversity Charters to continue championing diversity and inclusion.
Globally, Entain launched its partnership with Where Women Work that showcases the impressive work and achievements of women, underpinning the company's commitment to attract top female talent, in and outside of its industry.
Beyond International Women's Month, the company reinforced that "Our commitment to gender equality continues every day."
