October saw Entain celebrate Black History Month with the powerful theme 'Reclaiming Narratives' which marks a significant shift towards recognizing and correcting the narratives of Black history and culture.

"It’s time to shine a light on the untold success stories and spotlight Black contributions to society, culture and history," said Entain.

Helping Black colleagues thrive

Entain's BlackProfessionals@Entain network has a clear mission and vision: to create a culture and environment where Black colleagues can grow and thrive personally and professionally.

Hosting an inspiring panel

Entain kicked off Black History Month with an inspiring panel featuring Debbie Ellison, Andre Charles-Foster and Julio Bruno, moderated by Shemeleah Givans (nee Berry), Entain's network Chair.

The panel discussed the importance of measuring the impact of Employee Resource Groups and the empowering role allies can play.

"It’s moments like this that bring us all together particularly with our Chief People Officer, Melanie Tansey, and CEO, Gavin Isaacs, present," explained Entain.
