The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Team at Colt is shortlisted in the prestigious European Diversity Awards 2025 in the Diversity Team of the Year category, sponsored by Paramount.

Launched in 2010, the European Diversity Awards are now firmly established as a prestigious and widely respected Diversity event. The Awards recognise achievement across all strands of Diversity: age, disability, gender, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, social mobility, and sexual orientation.
