Across the globe, teams at Colt Technology Services turned pink in support of allyship.
International Day of Pink, a movement that began in 2007 when two Canadian students handed out pink shirts to support a classmate who’d been bullied, was marked by Colt as an act of allyship, supporting a global movement of kindness, respect, and inclusion. The day serves as a powerful reminder to stand up against bullying and show up for inclusion across the LGBTQ+ community.

"At Colt, our teams are joining in by wearing pink and sharing stories about moments when someone’s kindness made a lasting impact. Small actions matter - and today, they’re bright pink," said Colt.
LGBTQ+ inclusion drives innovation
Colt's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy supports the company's focus attracting and developing the best and brightest from all walks of life, and creating an environment where everyone can make their mark.
"DEI is a strategic imperative. Inclusion drives diversity of thought, which is central to the innovation we need to deliver extraordinary connections for our customers," Colt CEO Keri Gilder has said.
Support through employee networks
As part of its DEI strategy, Colt offers a variety of employee networks, including Pride Matters.
The company's LGBTQ+ Allies network, Pride Matters, aims to make Colt a more inclusive place for all, helping drive the message that Colt is inclusive, no matter how an employee identifies.
