The Where Women Work community were voting for Colt's CEO, as the woman with the most votes is announced during the Network X Awards ceremony taking place at the iconic Hotel de Ville in the heart of Paris.
Celebrating influential leader
The People’s Choice Award for the Woman of the Year Award 2023 celebrates the outstanding achievements of the most influential female leaders working in the mobile and fixed industry, recognizing those who innovate, influence, lead the current and future of technologies and demonstrate excellence within their organization.
Nominees are woman at the executive level, who are leading the way and demonstrating excellence in leadership within her organization. Nominees need to have worked within the telecoms industry for over five years, be working for an operator with a strong community connection and at the forefront of ESG, her organization must be deemed to have made a positive contribution to sustainability, and she must have had a positive impact within the telecoms community and made a significant contribution to society.
Woman of the Year has a strong focus on launching new services, developing and implementing new technologies, growth and customer experience to lead the industry transformation.
The 2023 impressive nominees are:

- Harmeen Mehta, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, BT
