"Here you meet people from all different backgrounds, walks of life, so I guess it just helps to add a kind of cosmopolitan feel to the place," commented a further Colt employee.

"Colt settled in Barcelona years ago because of the knowledge, and because of the cultures that we have here. There are different kinds of teams supporting them in different areas across Europe," said anopther Colt emeployee.

A vibrant network of people with global reach

From London to Hong Kong, Frankfurt to Gurgaon, Paris to Tokyo, and beyond - Colt not only connects businesses around the world, but its network of people has the same global reach.

Although Barcelona may be a smaller city, it certainly has a mixture of everything in the city center, from a wide range of shops, beautiful architecture, and the beach. As a cultural melting pot, it makes perfect sense that Colt's Barcelona office has the most nationalities under one roof of all of the company's locations, a fact that Colt celebrates by hanging each country’s flag in its Spanish reception.

Another Colt employee explained that a lot of the back end of the company's work is managed from Barcelona: "It's interesting when we deal with our customers that we probably, at some point or another, have to interact with each and every single team."

"Everyone says it, but it is true that it has everything. It has the good weather, it has the mountains, nature and the sea all at the same place," added Pavlina.

"We have one of the most amazing global presences across the world," suggested a further Colt colleague.
