Entain has welcomed talented interns joining the company across various departments through the 10,000 Black Interns Programme.
Each intern receives a six-week paid internship, one-on-one mentoring, and unique insight into Entain's industry.
Accessing great learning and networking opportunities
Entain's interns have shared what they are most excited about when embarking on their internship with the company.
Mary Precious explained that she is looking forward to diving deeper into a different field of design, while Adrian Oshuoha commented on the excitment of learning how different departments work together for the same goals. For Blessing Chukwu, meeting experts across Entain and fellow interns is what she was excited about, and for Nathan Muroko, it was how a legal team operates from an in-house perspective.
Olivia Ogochukwu was excited to be involved in group projects, networking and events to learn more about Entain, and Precious Lawani was looking forward to finding out more about the sports betting and gaming industry.
The 10,000 Black Interns Programme partnership marks a significant step towards levelling the playing field and addressing the under-representation of Black talent in the industry.
Actively supporting under-represented talent
Entain aims to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive future for its people, the wider sports betting industry, and society beyond. But none of this would be possible without Entain's people working at their best. To achieve this, Entain forges a culture where everyone can feel psychologically safe, included and heard, and where being accepted for who they are is a given.
Entain celebrates individual differences, and makes sure everyone is supported and empowered to thrive.
Forge an exciting career with Entain
