As home to gaming and sports betting’s biggest brands, millions of people enjoy Entain products at their fingertips every day. This massive reach is made possible by cutting-edge technology. But it’s the people behind the tech, the talent within Entain's teams, who enable Entain to lead digital entertainment in these bold new directions.

One of these talented people is Cinthia, an Entain Finance graduate, who is studying towards her CIMA qualification to become a Chartered Management Accountant at Entain.

Moving from customer service to finance

Cinthia's first placement is with Statutory Reporting, and involves month-end processes, management accounts, and various ad-hoc duties where no two days are the same.

Starting out as a Customer Service Manager at Coral while finishing her Maths degree, Cinthia secured a Finance graduate role after spotting a role on Entain's internal site.

Receiving mentoring from Entain leaders

Cinthia thrives at Entain, thanks to the support and mentorship from the Finance department, especially the Director of Internal Audit who she credits as a role model. With their guidance, Cinthia has passed her exams on the first attempt and continues to develop valuable skills.

Striking a positive work/life balance

Balancing work and studies can be challenging, but Entain's support, including independent study days before exams, has made this manageable.

Cinthia's advice for new joiners? "Be yourself, don't worry about others' opinions, and ask questions - everyone at Entain is eager to help."
