Meet Liezl who is thriving in her exciting work for Entain in Manila.

Her versatile skillset was evident from the start. After joining Entain as a Chat Host, she transitioned to a strategic Human Resources Administration role the following year.

Liezl now works as a People Services Team Lead and is thoroughly enjoying her rewarding position.

"As a pioneer in shared services in Manila, I successfully transitioned from Senior People and Payroll Coordinator to Team Lead in a mere seven months. This rapid advancement reflects my ability to drive innovation and lead high-performing teams," explains Liezl.

How does Liezl's role contribute to Entain's bigger picture?

"If a business focuses on customer experience and growth, then our team focuses on employee experience," says Liezl. "We're establishing an environment where our people feel welcome and valued. "Working in the Customer Service industry for more than five years, I understand the importance of providing excellent experience," says Liezl. "To execute this, we have brilliant leaders who are very open to change and who support you with your goals, this enables us to grow and develop our talents."
