Working for an employer with strong inclusive leadership at the top can make all the difference. Plus, having an exciting focus for your work is key.
At Entain, everything they do revolves around their customers. Through their global scale and flagship brands, they leverage their technology and data insights to create products and experiences which bring moments of excitement into people’s lives.
Plus for Entain, inclusive leadership is key, with the company providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive future for its people, the wider sports betting industry, and society beyond.
In fact recently, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Entain, Gavin Isaacs, was recently named one of the '25 People to Watch in 2025' by Global Gaming Business (GGB) Magazine. The list highlights stand-out individuals in the industry, as well as those who have made a positive impact on the sector already.
"Congratulations, Gavin!" shared Entain.
Making a positive impact
The People to Watch 2025 list highlights professionals working to move the industry forward in the coming year, with the feature naming executives most likely to make a lasting impact on the industry during the coming year and beyond. The list is a collection of some of the most knowledgeable and connected people in the gaming industry, including land-based and online operators and suppliers, regulators, attorneys, tribal government officials, public officials, academics and more.
“As usual, our 25 People to Watch reflect the best the industry has to offer,” said GGB Publisher, Roger Gros. “Every one of our choices has made an impact on the industry already, and we feel the sky’s the limit to what they’ll achieve next.”
Reinforcing importance of inclusion via cultural awareness
Via a podcast last year hosted by Dr Kristin Burke, the Entain CEO reinforced that anyone participating and excelling in international business needs to be respectful and aware of different cultures and customs.
"Don't try and impose your way," he suggested. "Think global, act local."
"You just have to be respectful, open, be aware, but also be yourself."
