She is responsible for corporate governance at Colt and acts as Secretary to the Board, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Caroline is proud to lead Colt’s Sustainability Strategy, championing Colt’s environmental agenda. She is Chair of the Corporate Compliance Committee, dealing with Whistleblowing and Ethics and is responsible for implementing and monitoring Colt’s anti-bribery program.
A successful legal career
Caroline joined Colt from a Reuters joint venture, Radianz, where she was Company Secretary having previously spent nine years at Rea Brothers Group plc, a quoted financial services group, where she was General Counsel and Chief People Officer. Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1990.
