As an employer committed to promoting diversity, Colt Technology Services supported an Illuminating Neurodiversity event, involving a panel discussion and networking opportunities.

Women+@Colt, along with Women at Ciena, explored how neurodiversity uniquely manifests in women, shedding light on late diagnosis, or un-diagnosis, in women and impact in the workplace.

Insight into neurodiversity in women

Women+@Colt and Women at Ciena co-hosted a Neurodiversity Evening at the Ciena London Office, featuring the Founder of NeuroEmpower, Toni Horn.

The event was aimed at anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of neurodiversity in women, whether relevant to them in particular, or someone in their life.

Participants had the opportunity to learn practical strategies for becoming an effective ally and discovered how to better support neurodivergent individuals, including parents.

As well as a panel discussion, the Illuminating Neurodiversity event included some great time for networking.
