"I really enjoyed the program and I am so grateful for being able to benefit from it. Learning something new every day is a great way to keep the job fresh. There are so many sectors of the business to learn about, so you’ll never get bored. The day to day job is never dull and I always have the opportunity to work on something new. My team at colt have supported me from the second I arrived at the door! When I first joined I was nervous to ask stupid questions, they were quick to ensure me that there's no such thing. I have people on my team that will take as much time as is needed to make sure I fully understand something. Even if that means repeating it over and over. The patience and time the team at colt have for me is something I really appreciate and has benefited me massively."

"I think my programme has been well structured, within my role I have the opportunity to be exposed to different areas of the business, within different teams which has allowed me to have a more rounded view on the business. This has also helped with my understanding on the way certain departments link in with each other. I receive a lot of support from my employer, and have always felt like I can talk to someone in/outside my team for support / advice. I have weekly catch up sessions in place with my manager and also monthly calls with my learning and development coach to ensure my apprenticeship studies are always up to date. "I am really enjoying my time at Colt one of the main reasons for this is because of the company culture. Colt's company culture is amazing, there is always something going on whether it is a presentation in the hub from our customers to teach us more about what our customers do or drinks in the hub to celebrate an achievement or special occasion, one thing is for sure Colt is a really fun place to work. I feel very valued at Colt because I gain constant reorganisation from my manager and my team, this often happens in weekly meetings which I have with my team where we all discuss progress our progress and if something is done well we are praised for it."
