Colt Technology Services'  Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy emphasizes the importance of creating an environment where all individuals can thrive, fostering innovation through diversity of thought.

As a company committed to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion in all it does, and engaging its colleagues in initiatives and discussions, Colt held its first DEI roundtable in Gurgaon and Bangalore, India.

Highlighting key DEI initiatives

Guided by Colt India's Country Head, Vivek Gaur, Colt's DEI roundtable brought together leaders from Fidelity Investments, Ciena India, AXA XL, Mercer India, Macquarie Group, Orange Business, and NIIT Limited.

The event highlighted key DEI initiatives, from inclusive design to accessible workplaces, and facilitated valuable discussions on women in leadership, allyship and employee engagement.
