"I pursued sports architecture because of its inclusive, creative and iconic nature. Always serving to bring people together, they offer a canvas to explore and enrich a community with vibrant architecture, becoming landmarks and prized possessions of the universities or cities," says Madeleine.

AECOM asked University of Kansas student and Interior Architecture intern, Dalma Olvera Torices, what she enjoys most about her work with AECOM.

She said AECOM's Sports Studio and winning team were what enticed her most to the company. She also cited the diverse professional teams from around the globe as being a key incentive. Working towards a common goal is important to Dalma.
