What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like? 

It’s a difficult question...every day is unique. For sure, I work hard because I have a lot of responsibilities and also big challenges, but I also have a beautiful team; we work very well together and we have created a climate of mutual trust and continuous support that helps everyone in their daily lives.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini? 

Capgemini is a company where meritocracy counts.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini? 

In our company, ethics is a pillar and this is very important for me. I also really love the attention to people that distinguishes this company despite being a large multinational company.

How are you working towards the future you want?

I’ve worked for the future I want since the first day. You have to build your own future and dream big.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Any career path involves sacrifice and dedication beyond great determination. It’s important to always face everything with great humility and patience.
