Prime employer for women, Capgemini UK has taken the top spot in the second year of entering the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List.

Head of Employee Experience and Inclusion, Bal Gill received the inspiring news via a virtual ceremony recognising Capgemini's continued dedication to workplace inclusion.

Capgemini UK formed its Active Inclusion programme in 2016 to move the conversation beyond diversity: engaging our people in a conscious culture and mindset change for inclusion. An industry respected accolade

111 organisations participated in 2021, providing evidence on topics including recruitment procedures, training, workforce data and a host of diversity-related initiatives. An independent advisory panel of Diversity & Inclusion experts have reviewed and analysed each submission, determining the rankings of each organisation.
