Capgemini is ensuring the development of its employees
"I'm part of the Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution team and I cover, at the same time, for my country the role of single point of contact for the 'Invent for Society' global initiative," says Carlotta.
"I joined Capgemini for the first time while I was a student at university. I had, in fact, the chance to do two curricular internships within this prestigious company. And I can say it was 'love at first sight'. That's why, once I completed my studies, I decided to rejoin Capgemini entering the 'Transformation Consulting' practice within the Innovation and Strategy competence line, now part of Capgemini Invent," she comments.
"At Capgemini, I am now working on defining and developing our commercial strategy for the CPRD and Luxury markets. In CPRD, we support all of our clients that belong to the industry, leveraging our strategic framework composed by three pillars of play - Intelligent Industry, frog Customer First and Enterprise Transformation," she adds.
An employer building an inclusive and sustainable future for all
"The main hot topics on which we work are: connected products, social commerce, direct consumer, sustainable operations, sustainable IT and so on. Around the world we are known for helping our clients, teams, and society to get the future you want. I personally get the future I want by advancing digital customer experience and transforming enterprise efficiency. I support clients to accelerate Intelligent Industry and to create a more sustainable, inclusive future that we all need and want," explains Carlotta.
"My favorite moment with Capgemini Invent was when a thought leadership report, written by me and entitled 'Sustainable Evolution', was published and promoted worldwide," she says.
"About my job, I love its dynamism, the international exposure, the work-life balance, and the fact that I have the chance to make a difference helping clients creating a better future. I love to be constantly challenged to overcome my limits, being accompanied throughout my career path by inspiring mentors and great leaders," concludes Carlotta.
