Women thought leaders and experts from AECOM are often seen presenting at key industry conferences.
An example is AECOM's Deanna Weber who was a guest speaker at the Society of American Military Engineers’ Joint Engineer Training Conference (SAME JETC) that took place in Aurora, Colorado, USA.
Deanna spoke with leaders from the Colorado Government, the University of Colorado Boulder, and also the U.S. Air Force Academy that educates, trains and inspires men and women to become officers of character, motivated to lead the U.S. Air and Space Force in service to the nation. She shared best-in-class projects and discussed the tools and processes behind master planning featuring built-in resilience, infrastructure, and sustainability. Deanna's address was titled Resilience, Redundancy and Reliability for Cross-Agency Mission Success.

SAME JETC is an educational and networking forum focused on the Society of American Military Engineers’ (SAME’s) mission "to lead collaborative efforts to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges."
