The pledge sees AECOM commit to making the organization a supportive and understanding place for employees going through the menopause.

The campaign is driven by UK charity Wellbeing of Women, delivered in partnership with Hello! Magazine and supported by Bupa.
In signing the Menopause Workplace Pledge, AECOM commits to:
- recognizing that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support
- talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
- actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause
Wellbeing of Women advocates that through supporting the pledge and addressing menopause in the workplace, companies can increase staff retention, reduce recruitment costs, improve productivity, happiness and wellbeing, and ensure a more diverse workforce.
