Capgemini is named as a Top 50 Inclusive Employer in the UK

Capgemini has placed second on the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers 2022/23 List – a ranking that highlights dedication to workplace inclusion by inclusive companies.

Capgemini focuses not only on maximizing diversity through better representation of diverse groups within its workforce but also, equally, on ensuring that all its employees can thrive and feel a sense of belonging while being their authentic best selves. It does this by working to create a welcoming culture where an inclusion lens is adopted for all decisions and day-to-day choices.

Now in its seventh year, the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List draws attention to employers who are working hard to be truly inclusive. The Top 50 List highlights businesses that are most consistently inclusive throughout the whole tenure of their organisations and encompass all types of diversity, with the goal of driving inclusion for all.

The way the organizations are assessed means that they have avoided the all too common ‘peaks and troughs’ of awareness.
