Capgemini is committed to building an equitable environment for professionals from under-represented minorities.
This commitment sees Capgemini proudly sponsor the Diversity Champion Award at the Black Tech Achievement Awards (BTA Awards). The award is presented to those who are actively helping improve and increase the level of diversity within the tech industry.
Capgemini joins further major corporate sponsors such as J.P. Morgan, PwC, and AVEVA.
Championing Black achievement in technology
The BTA Awards highlight achievements from all those working within the tech sector, from rising stars to experienced innovators and progressive corporations.
By championing Black achievement within technology, the BTA Awards aim to inspire and connect whilst helping to map out a more diverse, inclusive, and innovative landscape.
The host for the 2023 BTA Awards is Presenter and Radio DJ, Remel London, one of the most exciting breakout names in British broadcasting. Remel is the face of SKY One’s What’s Up TV and host of her radio show on CAPITAL XTRA, as well as the founder of creative platform, The Mainstream, that supports diverse talent to develop media careers.
Sponsoring further awards
This isn't the first time Capgemini has supported award programs that celebrate diverse talent.
