WTW has announced Jennifer Knox as its Southern California Market Leader. In this role, Jennifer will focus on OneWTW culture, smart connections across businesses and clients and representing WTW in the community.

Jennifer is a proven insurance executive with more than 25 years in the industry, spanning multiple disciplines from underwriting, to broker and client engagement, to strategic management. With an eye for developing solutions and passionate about the customer experience, Jennifer excels at building and leading high performing teams across geography and function.

Making smart connections across businesses

Prior to her role as WTW's Southern California Market Leader, Jennifer worked as WTW's Corporate Risk & Broking Leader, based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

She has also worked as Vice President West Regional Officer with PMA Companies and Head of US West with Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. Jennifer reported to NA CEO and was a member of NA Regional Executive Team, leading West Region field operations for Corporate Solutions, encompassing strategic business, operational and institutional matters with a focus on the customer experience and distribution strategies. She cultivated and led high performing teams within and among sales, underwriting, claims and enabling functions based in the West, along with virtual teams across the globe.

She previously worked as Senior Vice President, Head Sales West Region, seeing her develop and execute distribution and customer engagement strategy for the West across the entirety of the Corporate Solutions platform. Jennifer has also held roles with AIG, including Managing Director, South Coast Metro Territory, Regional Vice President and Vice President Business Development Global Marine and Energy.

Jennifer graduated with a Bsc in Business from San Francisco State University, U.S.
