Honeywell wrapped up Women's History Month by spotlighting Senior IT Analyst Khenda McIntee, who is a member and co-chair of the Heighten Your Professional Experience (HYPE) early career network.
Helping the transition from college to corporate life
Kendra says: "HYPE is the new early career network, and we create a community for all early career professionals, so they can share challenges, resources, best communication practices with their managers, and really help that transition from college to corporate life."
"I can be me at work and show up as my full self. Honeywell has such a diverse and inclusive culture where I feel like I can just be me," commented Kendra.
A tech-savvy marketing executive
Prior to joining Honeywell, Khendra held the role of Marketing and Communications Director Volunteer at Arizona Sustainability Alliance.
"I am tech-savvy with a demonstrated analytical aptitude and have a creative intuition. I have strong leadership skills with proven abilities to meet business requirements and coordinate with global groups to complete projects. I have a strong desire to learn, and I am ready to tackle new challenges," explains Kendra.
