Interesting work and the opportunity to grow professionally was what attracted Lead Project Engineer Katerina Docekalova to Honeywell.

"I have been with Honeywell for 15 years. What attracted me to Honeywell was the interesting work and also the opportunity to work with clever people and to grow," shares Katerina.

Working as a proud team member

Katerina is most proud of the people she works with. 

"They inspire me, and when there is a patent pending, I'm really proud to be a team member."

Having the opportunity to change the future 

For Katerina, being a Honeywell Futureshaper means having the opportunity to change the future. "I believe we all can change our future, so we must simply believe that the future is in us."

Enjoying her downtime

In Katerina's free time you'll find her cheering on her son at his football games, or out on the water.

"When I'm not working, in my free time I have my son. He is 9-years-old, and he is a football player. So, if I'm not working I'm on the football field or on the water!," she says.
