Supporting diversity role models

The Link Gala Dinner was held at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, UK and attended by over 200 people from across the insurance sector, all coming together to support Link and to celebrate Link's 10th anniversary.

The Gala Dinner was held in support of diversity role models and employers that continue to drive forward LGBTQ+ inclusion across society.

Encouraging LGBTQ+ talent into insurance

Link is a network for members of the LGBTQ+ community, their friends and allies who work in the UK insurance sector.

The Link LGBTQ+ Insurance Network's mission is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community, and aims to do this by:

  • supporting the attraction and development of LGBTQ+ talent into, and within, the insurance industry
  • engaging and collaborating with market participants, the LGBTQ+ community and diversity networks to drive inclusion and acceptance within the workplace
  • working cross-industry to support and champion new and innovative products and services for LGBTQ+ customers

WTW is a truly inclusive employer

Working for a company that champions the LGBTQ+ community provides a strong sense of inclusion.

WTW has a highly engaging and innovative culture – and one where its colleagues are empowered to achieve the best possible results, for each other and WTW's clients.
