For Farah Kurdi it is seeing the projects she has worked on come to fruition. “AECOM has enabled me to work on major projects and achieve my ambition of becoming a director in the buildings industry. I always feel proud when I pass by projects knowing that AECOM played a part in making them a reality,” she explains.

Farah who works as a Director in Project Controls, Construction Services in Abu Dhabi has found her overall experience of AECOM hugely positive. Her ambitions of working on exciting international projects have been realised, a goal which has been supported throughout her time with AECOM.
