Career aspirations for women and girls
With behind-the-scenes experiences at DHL's CVG Hub and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Club Athena members enjoyed a variety of experiences to gain a behind-the-scenes inside look into the world of motorsports and logistics, including a meet and greet with DHL INDY NXT driver Jamie Chadwick. Jamie has become the first female in 13 years to compete full-time in the INDY NXT championship, and DHL serves as sponsor of her entry, partnering with Andretti Autosport. Supporting Jamie reinforces DHL’s values in creating an inclusive work environment across the globe and supporting and advocating for women in their chosen career path.
