Honeywell Project Engineer, Aerospace, and Futureshaper, Gabby Bovaird, discusses how the company's Heighten Your Professional Experience (HYPE) network has had a positive impact on her professional journey, as well as providing exposure to learning and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
Connecting with Honeywell colleagues

Gabby explains that HYPE has really helped her connect with people outside of her immediate group.
"I'm able to meet with people that are not only engineers in aerospace, but I can meet with people from the business side. I've met people from several different sites as well that have HYPE chapters," says Gabby.
"It's been great exposure learning more about what all Honeywell does, and potential career paths that I can also take."
