From just seven people back in 1967 to over 350,000 employees in more than 50 countries today, people are at the heart of everything that Capgemini does.
A career with Capgemini means becoming part of a network that enables each individual to learn, share knowledge, and work as a global team.
Capgemini People Experience Leader, Sharon D’Souza, works to ensure her initiatives help unify Capgemini's team across Canada while supporting the company's many communities.
Sharon works on initiatives, activities and programs within Canada that look to unify the company's people coast-to-coast. This covers everything from professional development, to engagement events, to community outreach events, things that will bring our people together.
Building trusting relationships with colleagues
For Sharon, the trust factor and freedom that she has are just some of her many favorite aspects about working with her team. Through trusting relationships with colleagues, Sharon has continued to progress in her Capgemini career, while enjoying the process.
"I have the freedom to try new things, to experiment and think outside the box," says Sharon.
"I think one thing that I'm most proud of is the relationships that I've built. They have carried me forward for the last 15 years. They have helped me to progress in my career. They've also helped to enrich my experience at Capgemini," Sharon explains.
