Nurturing early talent is key to DHL. As such, DHL Global Forwarding has been celebrating its trainees in the Next Gen Industrial Projects (IP), who have embarked on a year-long program equipping them with skills to become future leaders.

Fostering development of future leaders

The Next Gen IP is a year-long program designed to nurture the brightest minds in the project logistics field and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to foster the development of future leaders.

Trainees are set on a journey to gain project logistics hands-on experience with a rotational adventure in DHL's IP functions in the United States, Singapore, Dubai and Germany.
