WTW colleagues feel accepted and welcomed at WTW as the company continues to foster an inclusive culture, operating with openness and& honesty.

A supportive and welcoming work culture

Samantha Sta. Cruz is an Operations Manager at WTW and says she felt very welcomed and valued as part of the team right from the very beginning of her WTW career.

Samantha explains that on just her third day of working with WTW, the team had already asked her to join a dance number, sharing that it was all for fun and she immediately felt very welcome in the company straight away.

"Then, I think a week and a half after, they asked me to sing at the restaurant we were at. We were sitting in this al fresco area of the restaurant, so people are passing by, and they asked me to sing," says Samantha. "Just a few days, and a few weeks in the company, and you feel already that you're being part of this one great big team."

An inclusive environment for all

WTW brings innovative solutions and world-class advice to its clients by working across boundaries of business, geography and function.
