Globally, Capgemini colleagues represent 160 nationalities from over 50 countries, building a vibrant and inclusive workplace where differences are embraced and commonalities are nurtured.
As part of its ongoing commitment to inclusion, Capgemini has launched a new Global Employee Network group, CulturALL.
Led by Capgemini colleagues, CulturALL is a platform where people can connect and build meaningful conversations by promoting a better understanding of diverse cultures and celebrating their rich heritage, unique customs, traditions, and flavors.
Capgemini announced its new Global Employee Network group on World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, a United Nations sanctioned observance day for the promotion of diversity and intercultural dialogue for achieving peace and sustainable development. Alongside the news of its latest network, Capgemini encouraged its community to join the company in celebrating connections and shaping an inclusive workplace where everyone thrives.
Fostering inclusion through Employee Networks
Capgemini is working to build an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to be their whole self at work, with Employee Networks at the heart of this journey. Open to all, they provide a friendly space to share experiences, promote awareness and empower each other.
Employee Networks provide a place for Capgemini teams to come together and share experiences. They help shape what it’s like to work at Capgemini, ensuring the company offers an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected and able to succeed. This includes offering feedback on Capgemini’s corporate policies and practices. All team members can join any Network, to access assistance or to show their support for others.
These Networks include OUTfront, which champions inclusion and achievement for all employees regardless of LGBT+ identity; Race & Equality Network, which provides an open space for those that aspire to champion representation and equal opportunities within Capgemini; Talking Heads, a space for everyone to talk about anything mental health or well-being related; and Women@Capgemini, developed to help women, their allies and advocates build networks, support each other and celebrate achievements, ensuring that all women are valued, included and empowered.
