Progressing LGBTQ workplace inclusion

With its ongoing commitment to inclusion, Capgemini has made solid progress in the LGBTQ space. 

Capgemini has introduced gender transition guidelines in India and Italy, aligned with the company's Diversity & Inclusion policy, to provide guidance and support to colleagues, their managers, and peers to better understand and navigate this process.

Further initiatives to support Capgemini's LGBTQ community include Confidential Contacts, an informal group of peers that offer guidance and a listening ear; and LGBT+ Travel Resources guide to help colleagues plan international business travel, keeping LGBT+ rights and laws of different countries in mind.

The company's progress has been recognized by global organizations from the Gold Top Global Employer award in Stonewall's Global Workplace Equality Index to Human Rights Campaign awards in the USA, Mexico, and Brazil.
