WTW Data Analyst, Emory Noble, explains what she appreciates most about working for WTW - from the culture of camaraderie, to her flexible working schedule.

Enjoying a culture of camaraderie

Emory explains that she enjoys being part of working for WTW and ensures that she makes the most out of the benefits. She actively builds a great environment with her colleagues and greatly appreciates the culture of camaraderie.

"We do have great health benefits and do different activities monthly, like meetings and fellowships," says Emory.

WTW offers excellent flexible working patterns

WTW understands that flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce. The company provides a variety of different working arrangements called WTW Work Flex. WTW encourages its colleagues and candidates to make requests for the types of flexible working arrangements that suit them.

The company is focused on creating the best outcomes for clients and colleagues, not where or when this is achieved. As such, WTW's flexible working patterns may include job sharing and part-time working.

"Our work arrangement, like the flexible work schedule, allows us to work from home and lessens the possibility of overworking," explains Emory.
