WTW's women colleagues say that having a hybrid work set-up has definitely helped them in their WTW career.

"Being able to work hybrid is important to me. Currently, I come to the office once a week along with the rest of my team. For the other part of the week, I work from home ensuring that I am connected to my team on those days," says WTW Compensations Data Associate, Ana Sofía Padrón.

"Everything is pretty flexible around here. I love it," adds Ana.

Minimal commuting time due to hybrid-working

WTWs Investment Associate, Elizabeth Suárez, shares that although she has not worked with WTW for long, over past months she has had minimal commuting time due to mostly working from home.

"I can wake up early and attend to any urgent matters. Then, later in the day, depending on time, I can go to the gym or do any other errands. I'm able to do this because my commuting time is minimal," comments Elizabeth.

Colleagues balance their personal and professional lives

At WTW, one colleague explains that working in a hybrid manner has enabled them them to balance their personal and professional lives, establish new friendships, and spend more time with their family.

"I love working flexibly, as it allows me to spend more time with my family. In addition, you can make more time for sports activities and plan your schedule around the rest of your home commitments," shares a further colleague.

"I find working flexibly is amazing. Minimal commuting is great as you avoid traffic from our very complicated Mexico City traffic," states another employee.
