WTW Business Leader for Corporate Risk and Broking Global Certificates Center, Liezl Garcia, shares how WTW's mentorship program helped her become the successful leader that she is today.

WTW provides career support and mentorship

Liezl says that WTW has greatly supported her career goals through providing her with a variety of avenues for development.

"In fact, I think there were two or three mentorship programs that I attended. So when I say mentorship, I really have a coach, a dedicated coach, and I've attended ten sessions for one particular program," explains Liezl.

WTW's mentorships are integral for her self development, she says, and they have "helped me a lot in terms of developing myself."

Learning and development as a continuous process

Liezl believes that one of the main reasons she has been able to achieve so many of her career goals is because she embarked on WTW's mentorship program.

"Was I able to achieve my goal because of that? I think I would have to say that partially, yes, because in terms of direct impact, I was promoted a year or two ago," says Liezl. "But it doesn't stop there. Learning and development is a continuous process. I would like to continue to strive to develop myself, so that as a leader, I can share and pass on my skills to my team who want to advance their career as well," says Liezl.
