Welcoming graduates in North America

In North America, WTW graduates saw a week-long orientation where they had an the opportunity to learn from Michael Chang, WTW's Head of Corporate Risk and Broking in North America and also attend panel discussions on topics such as inclusion and diversity and working across generational differences.

WTW's Head of Corporate Risk and Broking North America for Learning & Development, Geynille Conover, had this to say about the new graduate orientation: “WTW is dedicated to nurturing young talent and fostering diversity. The successful new hire orientation was made possible through the collaborative efforts of our hardworking team and colleagues.”
