As a key member of the WTW Lisbon Regional Delivery Hub, Diletta discusses what it really means to be part of a team.
Solving problems as a team
Diletta explains that when she joined WTW, the main thing that stood out and impressed her was the feeling of teamwork and inclusion.
"We had to deal with problems that just came up randomly. Just on my own, I couldn't do anything. But through the help of my project team and Manila (team) on the other side, it was very easy," recalls Diletta. "I don't recall a problem that we actually didn't solve."

For Diletta, being part of a WTW team means that everyone is working together while looking for the solution.
"It was great to see that everyone was involved," says Diletta.

Diletta shares that from the very first day of working with WTW, she had feelings that she was surrounded by the best experts in the world, as well as being surrounded by kind people.
"I am surprised every day by how many things my colleagues actually know, and the way they think about solving a problem, and in the kindness they serve to me," concludes Diletta.
