AECOM has promoted Kristina Holcomb to the role of AECOM Dallas Metro+ Executive.
Leading business growth and client engagement
Kristina has served as AECOM’s Texas Growth and Strategy Transit-Rail Lead, where she has led strategic pursuits and built teams to meet the needs of the local market.
In her new role with AECOM, Kristina will lead business growth and client engagement in the Dallas-Fort Worth region of the United States, and will facilitate collaboration across all AECOM business lines, while continuing to lead the North Texas Transit-Rail team.

Under Kristina’s leadership, AECOM will continue to deepen its local presence, advancing holistic client solutions that address the infrastructure investment demands of a thriving region.”
Extensive leadership experience
Kristina has over two decades of public sector leadership experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Throughout her career she has had devotion to partnering with local communities and stakeholders to shape transformative infrastructure outcomes.
Prior to joining AECOM in 2021, Kristina led the Denton County Transportation Authority as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer, where she was responsible for the oversight of multiple departments including state and federal legislative affairs, capital planning and operations.
